This was duly requested the day I purchased the software on 7th Feb 2023 but they have not responded once to my ticket, despite numerous requests/ticket updates via their support desk. I purchased their RAID Recovery software (6 disk license) on understanding I could request a 'Guided Recovery Service' as per their website (written under 'Download and start recovery' on their RAID recovery product page). No response from support and no data recovery! ![]()
